If you are a practitioner supporting an individual who has experienced exploitation, human trafficking or modern slavery and would like to make a referral, please complete the online referral form. Referrals must have the consent of the individual being referred.
If you would like to talk to a member of the team prior to making a referral feel free to email referrals@rebuildeastmidlands.org and a member of the team will get back to you. From time to time referrals are made for individuals who do not meet our criteria – in this case we will signpost to other support organisations.
Self-Referrals
We do take self-referrals via our online referral form. Before you make a self-referral it would be great if you can contact the team through referrals@rebuildeastmidlands.org so we can make sure we are able to support you in the best way possible.
